Property Shopfitter Site Manager/Foreman - H&T Pawnbrokers : Job Details

JOB PURPOSE:

To lead on the delivery of shopfitting jobs such as installations, refurbishments and maintenance of H&T&©s new and existing sites to a high standard, ensuring all shopfitting work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the design specification, health and safety requirements and business expectations.

This hands-on role involves managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades and meeting tight project deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency, compliance and attention to detail. National travel with consecutive overnight and weekly away stays is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing the day to day running of shopfitting projects Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors and tradespeopleLead and participate in the installation of joinery elements which will include:

Installation and alterations to pre-made furnitureInstallation of shopfrontsMF ceiling installationSuspended ceiling installationPartition and wall creation and installationAssociated general joinery work

Tiling

DecoratingFloor layingPlumbing workBasic electrical work

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Joinery and general maintenance experience in a retail environmentFull UK driving license and willingness to travel nationally with consecutive overnight staysAbility to work on own initiative within the guidance of the specificationsFlexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to manage varied and dynamic workloadBasic IT skills
