Alexander Lloyd is proud to be supporting this dynamic and forward thinking business to appoint a experienced and qualified CIPP (or equivalent) Payroll Manager to join the team.

Our client has received multiple awards for their culture, benefits package and well-being offering that has been developed by the benefits team and with input across the business.

You will would report into the Head of Payroll and Benefits, and whilst you would have ownership and the opportunity to develop and shape this function you would work closely with the benefits team and stakeholders across the business.

You will continue to build the payroll 'brand' and get involved with numerous projects linked to cutting edge technology to deliver a best in class payroll services to employees.

With a small team reporting to you based across multiple sites, your role will be to lead, excite and empower them to drive your vision forward.

This role will be responsible for the delivery of payroll across the UK and European entities and therefore it is essential this person has solid knowledge of UK payroll legislation and has managed/ overseen payroll for multiple European countries.

Salary ranging between £80,000-£90,000 plus benefits, 3 days office/ 2 days wfh

This person will have also gained experience in a financial services, insurance or professional services business environment.

In addition must have demonstrable team management experience.
