Job Description :
  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations for UK and international regions (Nordics focus: Finland and Sweden).
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to maintain accurate data and ensure legal compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Process employee benefits, pensions, and leave adjustments in accordance with internal policy and legislation.
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings and payroll reports on time.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to global payroll initiatives.

Salary & Benefits

£35,000 to £40,000 plus benefits including:

  • Bonus scheme
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

  • 5 day onsite
  • 37.5 hours per week - flexi hours
