Payroll Administrator
- Contract: 3-month temporary
- Annual Salary: £28k - £30k
- Location: Croydon
We are seeking an immediately available Payroll Administrator to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in handling payroll processes.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Processing payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies and irregularities.
- Engaging in payroll analysis to ensure all payroll procedures are in compliance and operational needs are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
