ICT Core Systems Service ManagerGloucestershire£45,000-£55,000Role DescriptionAct as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and a decision maker for systems and application change and they will lead UserGroup. This pivotal role will ensure only one method to change functionality across the three integrated systems.To represent the organisation at national, regional and local meetings to enable maximisation of thedevelopment of RMS.To work with the Minerva delivery teams to ensure that the organisation is aligned with the Minervavision ensuring maximisation of RMS to transform how all organisations work together, share information and realise thebenefits.To represent the organisation at specialist system owner meetings, with engagement to evolveand develop the relationship around product development.To coordinate developments, making sure it remains updated and fully supportive of the operatingmode, including holistic management across associated systems, to ensure continued parity between theInterfaces.To optimise performance and effectively manage changes, oversee, monitor, and address development andchange requirements within associated systems. Ensure integration between local and nationalInterfaces, while maintaining alignment, especially those involved in the South WestCollaboration.To prioritise development and work with stakeholders to maximise development opportunities.To support the service team to rectify issues by problem-solving at a local level, support improvements infunctionality to meet local objectives and support activity.The provision of specialist advice and guidance to stakeholders to ensure that responses aredelivered within appropriate policies and legislation and achieve the best possible outcomes.Monitoring and management of the performance of the trio of systems and the requirements for the organisation, devising and implementing effective strategies to identify issues and improve force team/individualperformance to ensure adherence to professional standards and contribute to the achievement of objectives.Identification of opportunities for, and co-ordination of, the exploration of new ways of working and innovation, applying critical thinking to identify solutions to problems in line with evidence-based practice.Requirements
