Job Description :
An immediate HR & Payroll Assistant has arisen with a well-established business in Attleborough.3 months initially, possibly leading to a permanent role.Supporting the weekly process of payroll, 100 staff • Managing the payroll system, including weekly input of employee timesheets and generating payslips • Managing enrolment of new starters/leavers for the weekly payroll• Processing of holiday pay requirements• Processing P45, starter checklists and P60 information.• Inputting absence and holiday requests into the payroll system.• Administration of the Company pension scheme, including submissions• Submission of statutory calculations such as SSP, SMP, PAYE, CIS, and RTI information• Process deductions and loans through Company payroll.• First line support for weekly payroll enquiries and supporting management with timesheet enquiriesThe successful candidate:• Highly organised with good attention to detail• Effective communicator, able to communicate with all levels.• Excellent verbal and written skills• Confident and able to work under pressure• Working knowledge of current payroll legislation• Previous experience of working within Payroll.To apply, please submit your CV or contact Caroline Meeson at Pure.
