Finance Assistant - Trinity House Group : Job Details

I am delighted to be partnering with a fantastic organisation based in Coventry that are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant on an initial fixed term / PART TIME basis. Duties include:

• Process and maintain accounts payable and receivable
• Match, batch, and code invoices
• Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
• Prepare financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices
• Support payroll processing as required
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice and payment queries
• Support the Finance Manager with audits and financial reporting
