I am recruiting an immediate start temporary to permanent Finance Administrator for a business in South Leicester. This is a great role for someone with experience across both sides of the ledgers who is available on short notice.

Description
The Finance Administrator's duties will include but are not limited to:
- All Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger postings.
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations.
- Weekly Submissions to a Sales Invoice Finance provider.
- Control of small petty cash transactions.
- Preparation and bank submission of all weekly payments.
- Supporting Excel documents in relation to all of the above.
- Various Month End procedures.
- Assisting with audit preparation and assist in dealing with visiting auditors.
Profile
A successful Finance Administrator will have:
- Demonstrated experience in similar finance role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
