We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join a busy finance team within a leading logistics and operations company. You’ll be providing essential support with day-to-day administrative and data-related tasks, helping to maintain the accuracy of internal records and manage cross-department communications.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update internal records using a bespoke database system
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data for billing and reconciliation purposes
Respond to queries received in the finance team mailbox
Collaborate with departments such as Credit Control and Sales Ledger to resolve issues
Support with general administrative and BAU tasks as needed across the team
What We’re Looking For
Experience working in a fast-paced finance or office-based environment
Comfortable working independently and managing a range of tasks with minimal supervision
Excellent Excel skills (filtering, lookups, formulas preferred)
Strong communication skills - able to relay and follow up on key information professionally
A keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of data accuracy and confidentiality
Proactive attitude, with a willingness to pick up new tasks and contribute to team balance
