Family Solicitor/Legal Executive/Family Lawyer – Hybrid – Torquay, Paignton, Newton Abbot

Your Role:

You’ll manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, such as:

• Divorce, separation and civil partnership cases
• Financial settlements and cohabitee disputes
• Private children law matters (child arrangements, parental responsibility, etc)
• Occasionally handle Legal Aid family work (useful but not essential)
• Play a key role in maintaining and developing the firm’s client relationships and reputation

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Family Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Family Lawyer with at least 2 years’ PQE
• Solid background in family and matrimonial law
• Commercial awareness and the confidence to build long-term client relationships
• A proactive, forward-thinking approach — ideal for those keen to develop and lead a team
