Elevation Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator to join our clients team on a permanent, hybrid basis in Normanton, WF6. You’ll help manage customer accounts, ensure timely payments, and contribute to improving internal processes — all while delivering excellent service.What You’ll Do:
- Manage the accounts receivable inbox and resolve queries
- Post payments, reconcile bank accounts, send reminders/statements
- Monitor credit limits and take appropriate action
- Own your customer accounts end-to-end
- Support system/process improvements and collaborate across teams
What You Need:
- Previous Credit Control admin experience preferred not essential
- Previous administration experience / managing email inbox preferred
- MS Excel Skills (inc. VLOOKUP’S & Pivot Tables)
- Confident & enthusiastic individual keen to grow within a thriving business
