Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager – Leeds

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for an ACA/ACCA qualified professional ready to step into a leadership role. You will manage a varied client portfolio, lead audit assignments, and contribute to the training and development of junior team members in a firm that prioritises quality and employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Prepare and review financial statements in line with UK GAAP
• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors
• Mentor and supervise junior staff
• Liaise directly with clients and report to senior management and partners

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• At least four years’ experience in a UK Practice environment
• Strong experience in audit and accounts preparation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
