Accounts Assistant - Immediate Start - 6 months - Adele Carr Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Our Warrington based client are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support the finance function for a duration of 6 months, possibly longer with an immediate start.

You will be responsible for:

• Management of multiple mailboxes - which includes, replying, escalating, processing of correspondence that is received
• Answering the phone - which includes, resolving queries, progressing enquiries, forwarding calls, taking messages, escalating when necessary.
• Supplier statement reconciliations - in preparation for monthly payment run
• Sending monthly statements - includes enveloping and franking
• Sending remittances when required
• Sending copy invoices when required
• Assisting with the annual audit
• Digitalising paperwork for processing/storage
• Distributing post
• Working in SAP
• Collaborating as a team
• Ad hoc tasks delegated by the accounts team

Although full training will be given, some basic accounts knowledge or accounting studies is essential.
