Available shifts are: part time nights, full time nights, and full time days. Shifts are usually 12 hours with rotating weekends.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Patient Safety Attendant (PSA), you will be a trusted partner in keeping patients safe and cared for during vulnerable times. You will be part of a team that counts on you to help protect patients from harm, bring comfort in moments of stress, and support quality care across the hospital. You will make a real difference for patients and families every day while growing your skills and contributing to our shared mission of caring for and improving human lives. Your responsibilities will include: keeping a close watch over patients at high risk for falls or self-harm, helping maintain a safe, clutter-free environment, reporting any changes in patient behavior or condition promptly, assisting patients with activities of daily living, and supporting the nursing team with tasks such as transporting patients, delivering supplies, and helping the unit run smoothly.

Qualifications you will need include: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Prior healthcare and/or direct patient care experience is helpful.
