What you'll do:

SUMMARY:The Production Quality Auditorposition is responsible for identifying and reporting vehicle defects throughthe daily inspection of vehicles associated with the company's various productlines.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Performand complete pre-inspections, test drives (where applicable), and qualityaudits of finished products in accordance with process documentation.• Validateall critical and safety items as required by the build book.• Document,communicate, and lead activities to resolve issues needing corrective action.• Workwith departments such as Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to resolvequality issues.• Solvecomplex problems with minimal assistance.• Performminor repairs on completed vehicles after inspection if applicable; or notifycorrect individual department to complete.• Reviewall Deviations, Quality Alerts, and Stop Shipments.• Communicateand document quality issues and inform the appropriate associate and QualityTechnician.• Documentand perform containment activities as directed.• Assistin the review and updating of the build book.• Assistin the review and updating of Work Instructions and Build Photos.• Helpmaintain a tracking log of all repetitive issues.• Support5S protocols and maintain a clean and safe work area.

What you need to be successful:

QUALIFICATIONS: • Knowledge ofquality processes preferred.• Post-secondaryindustry-related coursework or ASQ certification preferred.• Basic computerskills required.• Strong andconsistent attention to detail.• Self-motivatedwith the ability to stay on task.• Must pass a pre-employmentdrug screen.• Professionalbehavior in a team setting.

Able to:• Read and understand engineeringdocuments.• Solve complex problems withminimal assistance.• Obtain and maintain a CDL,if required.• Work overtime on shortnotice.

Willing to: • Learn and rotate within all assembly areas.• Improve self/area/company, including pursuing additionaltraining as needed.• Develop a working knowledge of company systems.
