We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Laborer to assist with various tasks on site. This role is idea for someone looking for part-time or supplemental work, you will be contacted on an as-needed basis to support with ongoing project with general labor and site maintenance duties.Pay: $42.70/hourThe pay listed is the hourly range for this position. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABMABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM)Key Responsibilities:* Clean and prepare construction site by removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials* Loads and unloads construction materials equipment and tools* Assists with installation of building components* Build and dismantle scaffolding, bracing or concrete* Operates hand and power tool under direction of foreman and trades people* Assist tradespeople as needed (e.g. Carpenters, Electricians, Engineers)* Follow all safety procedures and site regulations* Perform other related duties as assigned* Able to protect furniture and flooringQualifications:* Highschool diploma or equivalent (preferred)* Prior construction or labor experience* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks* Punctual, dependable and responsive to on-call requests* Knowledge of basic construction techniques and safety procedures* OSHA certification is a plus (but not required)* Member of Local 79 Mason Tenders Union
