StaffBright is looking to hire a highly skilled *IT Help Desk Technician* to join our clients growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional technical support. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for end users, delivering Tier 1 support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations across the organization. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high levels of user satisfaction and system efficiency.*What You Will Be Doing:** Travel to various Michigan offices and plant locations to support end users with system upgrades to Windows 11 and the deployment of new hardware.* Provision IT equipment and install required software to support internal IT team operations and end-user functionality.* Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of hardware and software in both office and manufacturing/production environments.* Support the upkeep of IT documentation, including updating user guides, maintaining the ticketing system, and managing IT assets within the asset management system.*What We Need From You:** Hands-on experience with large-scale Windows 11 deployments, along with a solid foundation in hardware support for laptops, desktops, servers, printers, and mobile devices.* Prior experience in a technical support or IT help desk role, with direct interaction with end users in both office and production environments.* Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is required.* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively, manage time effectively, and deliver excellent customer service with clear communication.*All-Star Skillset:** Previous experience supporting IT systems within an Automotive Tier 1 supplier environment, with an understanding of production floor technology needs, plant operations, and fast-paced manufacturing support protocols.*The Perks:** Join a stable, global, family-owned company that values long-term growth and employee development.* Experience a strong coaching culture designed to foster positive relationships between employees and managers.* Enjoy excellent working conditions in a supportive, team-oriented environment.*StaffBright – Who We Are*StaffBright connects exceptional professionals with fulfilling opportunities in Finance, IT, Engineering, and Sales and Marketing.
