About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented MRO Parts Clerk to join our maintenance team. This role is essential in keeping our facility running smoothly by managing all maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) inventory. If you enjoy working with parts, organizing materials, and ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time — this is the job for you!
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform cycle counts of all maintenance parts
Create and update part profiles, including locations and stock levels
Print and apply inventory labels
Optimize and maintain inventory accuracy
Uphold 5S / housekeeping standards in the storeroom
Assist with inventory storage and physical organization (lifting support and equipment available)
Experience in Inventory Management
Knowledge of equipment, spare parts, and industrial repair components
Familiarity with facility or maintenance operations
Basic computer proficiency: email, internet searching, database entry, Word/Excel or equivalent
Physically capable of handling parts (team assistance and lifting equipment provided when needed)
