This job turns data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. More specifically, this job drives and supports all activities related to collecting, analyzing, and reporting on the organization's key performance indicators including developing dashboards, scorecards, forecasting, trending, tracking results, and executive presentations for the purposes of supporting operational excellence, management intelligence for effective decision-making, and overall tracking of organizational performance. Consults with cross-functional enterprise groups and levels to identify data and analytical needs, conduct analyses, review analyses and findings with leadership, facilitate related process/data improvement efforts and develop executive level presentations. Prepares similar intelligence for customers and interacts with customers as such.

This role is looking for someone who has advanced level Excel experience, along with some stop loss, TPA, or self funded experience in health insurance.
Essential ResponsibilitiesMinimum: Bachelor's Degree in Math, Computer Science, Quantitative Business Analysis, or closely related field
Preferred: Master's Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics/Statistics, or Operations Research.
ExperienceMinimum: 3 - 5 years of relevant, progressive experience
Preferred: Experience in project management
Licenses/CertificationsRequired: None
Preferred: Lean Six Sigma
SkillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Problem solving capabilities, critical thinker, able to investigate root causes and recommend solutions. Proficient to master level with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Power Point, Word, and Access. Basic understanding of SQL / querying capabilities. Experience with end-user reporting tools. Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle Process. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Effective participation in team-based work.
