Job Overview

Macrobond is hiring an HR Business Partner to work closely with the HR Team and Chief People Officer. The role provides HR support and strategic guidance to client groups, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals. This role involves implementing talent strategies, boosting employee engagement, ensuring compliance with employment laws, fostering a positive global office experience, and collaborating directly with the Chief People Officer.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and employees to provide effective HR support.
  • Execute HR strategies to support business objectives, including performance management, talent acquisition, and development.
  • Partner on talent and development initiatives.
  • Guide leaders on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead and support HR projects and initiatives.
  • Promote employee engagement and a positive work environment within the local office.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Utilize HRIS systems, such as BAMBOO HR, for data management, reporting, and process execution.
  • Analyze HR data and report on key metrics to inform data-driven HR decisions.
  • Provide timely support for local office inquiries, working alongside the HR team to address questions related to payroll, benefits, HRIS, etc.
  • Collaborate directly with the Chief People Officer on strategic HR initiatives and projects.
Required Qualifications and experience
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with prior experience as an HR Business Partner preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
  • Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience supporting local office operations.
  • Experience in mid-market, private equity, or FinTech environments is a plus.
