Giving you the peace of mind you deserve to go out and make the world a better place! Summary Delta Star is seeking a Human Resources Business Solutions Analyst to bridge the gap between Human Resources, IT, and business stakeholders. In this role, you'll design and deliver technology-enabled solutions that support the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to development to payroll. You'll analyze HR processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure HR technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance management, learning, payroll, and more) are optimized to meet business needs. If you thrive at the intersection of people, process, and technology, this is the role for you. What You'll Do As the Human Resources Business Solutions Analyst, you'll serve as the subject matter expert for HR systems, ensuring they are configured, maintained, and leveraged to deliver maximum value. You'll partner closely with HR leaders to translate business goals into system requirements, lead enhancements and upgrades, and collaborate with IT and vendors to implement solutions that are both efficient and compliant. Your work will also include developing dashboards and reports, training HR and end-users, and supporting data integrity efforts across multiple platforms. A Day in the Life Your day may start with reviewing system dashboards and addressing data integrity checks before meeting with HR leaders to discuss process improvements. You might then collaborate with IT and a vendor on system enhancements, followed by running test cases for a new feature rollout. Later, you could be developing a Power BI dashboard to provide workforce insights, hosting a training session for HR team members, or preparing compliance reports. Every day, your focus will be on ensuring HR systems and processes run smoothly while driving innovation and efficiency across the employee experience. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical expertise with the ability to understand HR strategy and translate it into actionable solutions. You should be comfortable gathering requirements, managing projects, and communicating effectively with both technical teams and HR stakeholders. Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 3-5 years of experience in HR technology, business analysis, or HRIS administration
- Hands-on experience with one or more HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, Ceridian Dayforce)
- Experience working with LMS platforms
- Proficiency with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Familiarity with HR compliance requirements (e.g., FLSA, EEO, data privacy)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting HR system implementations or upgrades
- Knowledge of integration between HR, Finance, and Payroll systems
- Project management or business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP, SHRM-SCP/CP)
