- Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field OR
- Equivalent of 4 years of related experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in business management, including purchasing, data analysis, and training
- 1+ years of knowledge in information system concepts and technologies
- 1+ years of project management experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- 3+ years of experience working within a project/team environment
General Requirements
- 1+ years of written and oral communication and presentation skills
- 1+ years of ability to interface with business partners to meet requirements and targets
- 1+ years of Microsoft Windows and Office proficiency
Essential Functions
- Serve as a point of contact for the team regarding general and specific system requirements, specializing in data analysis, calculation, and process documentation
- Develop, analyze, and report on foreign supply activities to management to support daily business needs
- Provide calculations and reports based on data and risk analysis regarding departmental KPIs, including countermeasures
- Schedule, plan, and facilitate training for onboarding associates
- Conduct data analysis on various department topics and provide training for continual improvement
- Extract, compile, and analyze supplier invoices from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and prevent overpayments
- Represent the business as a subject matter expert in meetings and cross-functional teams
- Identify new business opportunities, services, and products to support continuous improvement in departmental processes
- Oversee certain controls, perform periodic reviews, and train others on VPS, internal controls, and OSHA requirements to ensure compliance
- Create and distribute weekly/monthly reports in alignment with business needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
