Now Hiring: Compliance Coordinator.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Compliance Coordinator to support the operational needs of our Service Divisions. This role is critical in ensuring that all permitting, licensing, insurance, and rebate processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Compliance Coordinator works closely with our Install and Service Coordinators, Sales team, and Accounting department, and reports directly to the Install & Sales Operations Manager.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and track permits, inspections, and Certificates of Occupancy
• Maintain strong working relationships with municipal officials
• Manage company licenses and insurance renewals
• Submit and follow through on customer rebates (PSEG and others)
• Register equipment as needed
• Support general compliance and administrative needs for Service Divisions

What You Bring

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Comfortable with deadlines and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience in customer service or HVAC is a plus, but not required
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
