In this unique role, you'll work directly with one of the world's most respected travel organizations to build world-class travel experiences, serving as customers' personal guide.
What You'll Do
Recommend trips and excursions based on customer interest
Answer questions
Book reservations for unforgettable cultural and educational experiences across the globe
Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of geography and current global events
Eligibility Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of sales or customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
Able to work the following schedule:
Monday through Friday
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time
No nights or weekends!
Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
Nice to Have
College degree in a relevant field, including communications, hospitality or education
Working knowledge of Salesforce
Remote Work Requirements
Michigan resident
High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
