- Lead Local Law 87 energy audits and retro-commissioning in complex buildings
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, analysts, and interns across multiple energy efficiency projects
- Drive internal process development and support hiring, training, and workflow management
The Candidate:
- Experience in energy efficiency or building systems engineering
- Strong understanding of HVAC, envelope, lighting, and ECMs
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage energy projects end-to-end
