SDS Warehouse Operations Team Member Trainer – Selecting

Overview:

Select, items to ship to stores. Train employees within the Selecting department as directed.

Responsibilities:

1. Select full case products to outbound pallets 2. Perform put module and staging tasks accurately and efficiently.3. Select Unit Pick items for shipment accurately and efficiently.4. Perform pallet checking functions accurately and efficiently.5. Complete various logs such as production, equipment inspections, master cleaning schedules, etc. with accuracy6. Handle inventory in a manner to avoid damages.7. Report any circumstances that are obstacles to performance, accuracy or safety to the manager or team lead.8. Perform cig cutting, unit putaway, cooler unit and cooler full case selecting accurately and efficiently, as needed.9. Responsible for training team members through procedure reviews and on-the-job training, while monitoring training progress and accurately complete required training documents 10. Must consistently demonstrate respectful and professional behavior when interacting and training other employees. All training must be done with a positive, welcoming attitude that demonstrates our culture and values.11. Regularly give feedback and assist in maintaining accurate training documents and SOP's.

Qualifications:

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Experience• No experience required• Must currently work in the department that is hiring for a trainer

Licenses/Certifications• None required

Tools & Equipment • Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
