Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Mishawaka, Indiana.

Job Description & Requirements

• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, evenings
• Employment Type: Travel

• Indiana State License required
• Preferred EPIC EMR experience
• FT 72 hours (work 7 days on and then off for 7 days)
• Evening/night from 4pm to 2:30 am (last two nights shifts go until 3:30am to make up 72 hours total)
• Next rotation will start on 10/1/25 to 10/7/25 and is every other week from there
• EOW
• Pharmacists work every other weekend
• Pharmacists are responsible for working any weekend or holiday that falls on their scheduled 7 day rotation
