Insight Global is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to support one of our top home health clients in their Elmsford, NY office! This full-time role offers an exciting blend of fieldwork and office-based responsibilities, empowering you to lead with compassion, expertise, and innovation while supporting the care plans and health of your clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient needs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide training and support to nursing staff.
Fieldwork (30-40%)
- Conduct monthly client visits, managing a caseload of clients with personalized care.
- Support new client admissions and perform thorough assessments to ensure tailored care plans.
- Develop and update individualized care plans to meet evolving client needs.
- Supervise and mentor field staff, fostering their professional growth and ensuring exceptional care delivery.
- Serve clients across northern Bronx and Westchester County, with occasional travel to Putnam, Rockland, and Orange Counties.
Office-Based Leadership (60-70%)
- Oversee and validate field staff competencies for new hires and annual reviews, ensuring top-tier performance.
- Review and maintain accurate, high-quality documentation for all cases.
- Lead engaging staff training sessions and in-service education to promote continuous learning and excellence.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in home healthcare or community health settings.
- Previous management or leadership experience.
