Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Registered Nurse located in Sterling Heights, MI. Some work from home is acceptable. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. Day-to-day tasks include administering medication, wound care, health education, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and registration
• Experience in developing and implementing care plans, and patient monitoring
• Skills in administering medication, wound care, and health education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with healthcare technology and documentation systems
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or relevant field preferred
• Experience in home health care is a plus
