Role Description

This is an on-site, role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) located at one our campuses in NE OH. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, administering medications, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care. Additional tasks include monitoring residents' health status, updating care plans, and providing compassionate support to residents and their families. The LPN will also participate in ongoing training and education programs to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Possess a LPN license in the State of Ohio
• Experience in administering medications, conducting health assessments, and updating care plans
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and team members
• Experience in a senior living or long-term care environment is a plus
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents
• CPR certification is required before first day of work
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
