Elements Landscaping is looking for experienced Snowplow drivers and Sidewalk now removal crew members for our commercial accounts. These positions are seasonal with the potential for expanding into our Landscape installation and Maintenance teams for year around work.

Snowplow Drivers: $32hr - $37hr DOE

Sidewalk Snow Removal Crew: $27Hr - $32hr DOE

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be available for on-call shifts including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Able to perform physically demanding work in adverse winter weather conditions.
• Familiarity with standard snow removal practices and equipment is necessary.
• Experience operating a truck and trailer is required.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
