ROLE OF A REHABILITATION NURSING TECHNICIAN

In your role as a Rehabilitation Nursing Technician, leverage your skills and experience to inspire patients daily. Your responsibilities will include:

• Paying attention to the crucial details that contribute to each patient's treatment plan.
• Providing direct patient care within your training and competence.
• Assisting RNs or LPNs with patient care tasks.
• Promoting optimal patient satisfaction and health outcomes.
• Making a tangible impact as you help patients thrive every day.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in an inpatient general hospital setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with medically complex patients is a plus.
• A state-issued C.N.A. or L.N.A. license is preferred.
