Their primary responsibility will be to keep machines running by quickly fixing and maintaining equipment to avoid production delays. Keep reading for more details!What's in it for you:
- Rotating 12-hour shifts – 7pm-7:15am with OT and on call required
- Competitive hourly rate up to $40/hr. depending on experience

What your day will look like:
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment, including CNCs, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and inspection systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions quickly to minimize downtime
- Perform Lockout/Tagout procedures and follow all safety regulations
- Collaborate with Engineering, production teams, and contractors for troubleshooting and improvements
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Align, fit, and assemble components using hand and power tools
- Conduct preventive maintenance and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Diagnose and rebuild mechanical components such as gearboxes, spindles, and drill units
- Operate and interpret precision measuring tools and test equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, ball bar tests)
- Address quality issues promptly and support continuous improvement efforts
- Operate man lifts, overhead cranes, and powered industrial trucks as needed
- Ability to troubleshoot automation, robotics, and PLC systems is a plus
What we are looking for:
- Previous industrial machinery maintenance requires
- Knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics; robotics and PLCs a plus
- Must provide own tools and attend in-person meetings as needed
- Frequent weekends, holidays, and on-call duty for emergencies
