Job Description Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter for a part-time, temporary opportunity at a manufacturing facility in Glastonbury, CT. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in inventory control within a dynamic environment, or for someone seeking a flexible schedule while contributing to operational accuracy. 20 hours/week | Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday Pay is $21/hr. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Use inventory management systems to track and update stock records.
- Document count results and discrepancies; report findings to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and purchasing teams to resolve inventory issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and documentation.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items (up to 50 lbs. independently, 75 lbs. with assistance).
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Schedule & Location:
- Part-time: 20 hours per week
- Flexible hours between 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- $21/hr.
