About the role

The Systems Assurance Analyst ensures the safety, reliability, and quality of systems within the metro rail project. This role involves conducting risk assessments, developing assurance plans, and coordinating with various teams to address assurance issues. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in relevant field.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct system assurance activities, including safety, reliability, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement assurance plans and procedures.
  • Perform risk assessments and hazard analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with design and construction teams to address assurance issues.
  • Prepare and present assurance reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of system assurance processes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in system designs.
  • Provide training and support on assurance processes to project teams.
  • Maintain documentation of assurance activities and findings.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Electrical, Mechanical).
  • Experience in system assurance, preferably in rail or metro projects.
  • Knowledge of safety and reliability standards (e.g., CENELEC, ISO).
Knowledge and Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system assurance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
