Job SummaryReporting to the Executive Director of Instructional Systems and Supports, the Systems Analyst, Grading Processes and Data will work closely with the Grading Practice and Policy Coordinators in the planning, implementation, and project management of a district grading policy and an equity action plan to address and adjust the district's current grading practices.

In order to be successful and achieve the above responsibilities, the Systems Analyst must possess the following qualifications:
Education Required:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Master's degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience Required:Minimum of four (4) years of experience with school information systems and/or data analysis, including the following, is required:
Ability to use or learn SAS is required
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to define problems, analyze data, and outline valid conclusions and action steps in order to solve problems creatively
Strong communication skills (speaking - including presentations - listening, and writing)
Demonstrate high levels of integrity, honesty, credibility, and the courage to make difficult yet necessary decisions
Strong strategic planning and project management skills, including the ability to set goals, establish a project timeline and manage activities toward goal fulfillment Knowledge of operations, management and organizational development
Fluent in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and charting
