Job Title: QA Testing

Location: Bothell, WA, USA

Duration: Full-time, Permanent

Qualifications

In the role of Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing the functionality of existing systems. Responsibilities include conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategy, designing tests, and leading execution to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios and collaborate with industry professionals to create innovative, high-quality, defect-free solutions that meet client needs.

This position is based in Bothell, WA, and may require 20% travel. U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field can substitute for each year of education.
• At least 4 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium automation using Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Java/Python, TestNG, and Maven.
• Experience in test planning, scheduling QA activities, and test execution.
• Experience reviewing test cases with clients and leading QA teams.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of SOA, Web Services, SOAP, SoapUI, and WSDL technologies.
• Knowledge of database testing with PL/SQL and Oracle.
• Ability to interact with onsite and offshore QA teams, strategize automation testing, and provide technical direction.
• Experience interacting with client SMEs and development leads for requirements gathering and clarification.
• Experience setting up test environments, reviewing test cases, functional testing, and delivering traceability metrics.
• Decision-making skills to ensure product delivery within stipulated timelines.

This role involves working at a computer for extended periods and communicating via phone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required.
