System Administrator

Were currently seeking a System Administrator to join our Technology and Business Solutions team. In this role, youll architect, evaluate, implement, and maintain the technology infrastructure of the company including virtual servers, storage systems, backup solutions, security measures, and business continuity planning and execution. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our internal business customers by providing a powerful and stable infrastructure so that technology can be leveraged to the fullest extent in our business operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain servers
- Manage backups and disaster recovery
- Apply updates and patches
- Support security efforts
- Provide off hours and on-call support
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a System Admin role
- Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Group Policy, SCCM, Virtual Server environments, backup solutions, and cloud services
- Understanding of multi-site data center architecture
- Experience with hardware and software acquisitions, and implementation projects
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools used to proactively address issues before they lead to downtime

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience in related fields
- 3 years of IT experience as a System Administrator
- Ability to communicate effectively, exhibit judgment and deal constructively with staff and managers
Where We Are:
This position can work on a hybrid level in Vermont, New Hampshire, or New York. There will be time required weekly onsite in Manchester Center, VT, so a candidate is expected to be within a drivable distance to our main offices.
