Overview
The client is seeking an experienced IT professional to support our Windows 11 upgrade initiative. This role will focus on migrating end-users from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform Windows 11 upgrades across company devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software compatibility issues
- Provide end-user support during and after migration
- Document processes, issues, and resolutions for IT team reference
- Ensure systems meet security and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 upgrades and deployments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and imaging tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
