Role: Technology Lead - Java

Duration: Full Time / Permanent

Location: Charlotte, NC / Pennington, NJ / Jersey City, NJ / Newark, DE

Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred

• At least 4 years of hands-on Java experience, including analysis, design, and testing.
• Experience with JPA (Hibernate or similar).
• Experience developing web services using SOAP or REST and MQ Series.
• Experience with Spring and Struts technologies, including Spring Boot, Spring Data, and RESTful services.
• Relational database experience with SQL (MS SQL / Oracle).
• Web UI development experience using JavaScript/JQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle and project activities.
• Experience in design and architecture review.
• Ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder teams.
• Experience in Financial Services and Investment domains.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in global delivery environments.
