This is specialized professional environmental work evaluating on-site the use of radioactive materials and x-ray machines within an assigned geographical region. The incumbent also responds to environmental radiation incidents. Duties include:
ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of the terminology, principles, and analytical techniques of radiation.
QualificationsBachelors Degree or equivalent 4 years of experience in the area of chemistry, physics, health physics (radiation related) or nuclear medicine technology, radiologic technology (or similar work experience). This is a telework position. The selected candidate must live in Broward County.
