We are seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare (EW) RF Engineer to join our team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading design professionals and contribute to groundbreaking projects. As an experienced engineering professional, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the development, testing, and troubleshooting of Radio Frequency (RF) hardware.
  • Prepares and implements test methods and specifications, analyzing and testing RF hardware to verify performance characteristics.
  • Provides input to Product Development for formal documentation and supports manufacturing as required.
  • Performs RF analyses, including co-site and Jamming to Signal Ratio (J/S) studies.
  • Develops and designs RF system and subsystem architectures, comprising antennas, transmitters, receivers, low-noise amplifiers, high-power amplifiers, RF conversion elements, and transmission equipment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics degree (STEM) degree.
  • Experience in engineering, particularly in the integration of digital and analog Electronic Warfare, radar, and/or communication systems (such as satellite communications systems, radio frequency systems, and other related technologies).
  • Proficient with Radio Frequency (RF) test equipment, such as signal generators, signal/spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
  • Experience with MATLAB, C++ and/or Python.
  • Ability to obtain a US government security clearance.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Electronic Support (ES) and/or Electronic Attack (EA) development and integration
  • Understanding of I/Q (In-phase and quadrature) processing and generation.
  • Experience with developing and performing RF chamber test plans and procedures.
  • Experience leading a team of engineers.
  • Experience with software or firmware development.
  • Secret investigation within 5 years or Top Secret clearance

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $97,100 - $171,235.

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $111,700 - $193,660.
