Responsibilities

The Information System Security Manager will provide support to the Naval Surface Warfare Command in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities include supporting the Government program manager to comply with the current certification and accreditation process, maintaining the security posture of the system throughout its lifecycle, developing RMF A&A package documentation for ATO submission, and managing accreditation activities such as security reviews, control testing, and vulnerability management. The role involves developing various security documentation and strategies, including the Security Plan, Risk Assessment, and Security Authorization Package, using eMASS and ensuring all information is accurately contained and exported during reviews.

Qualifications

• Education: An Associate's degree from an accredited university, CNSSI 4011 Certificate, or successful completion of military training course CIN J-3B-0440 (IP BASIC) or equivalent.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of specialized entry-level experience in CSWF Specialty Area 46 (Systems Security Analysis).
• Certification: IAT Level I or higher, such as A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+CE, or SSCP.
• Security Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen with an active government security clearance.
