EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ? Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field ? 3 years performance based digital marketing experience ? Experience in digital media buying role ? SEO/SEM experience ? Netsuite and MailChimp experience strongly preferred ? Knowledge in Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager ? Self-motivated with a strong drive to increase revenue and grow campaigns ? Able to interpret test results to make data-driven decisions ? Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally within a dynamic, fast-moving organization ? Creative problem-solving capabilities ? Lifelong learner, interested in continuous personal improvement and growth opportunities ? Driven to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends ?
