Overview

Senior Consultant Wealth Management & Trust, Infosys Consulting

The role involves working in a cross-cultural global team on a variety of business consulting engagements in Wealth Management, with a focus on driving innovation and improved user experience in wealth management products and services.

The Role What Youll Do

You will take up roles in process consulting, experience design, business analysis, applied AI, tech strategy, program and change management. You will analyze problems, develop solutions, apply business consulting frameworks, and collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver business results.

Engagements our Wealth Management consultants work on include:

  • Conducting strategic assessments to define future state functional/technical architecture leveraging Design Thinking and Service Blueprinting
  • Digitalization of Advisory Platforms covering end-to-end Advisory lifecycle from Prospecting to Portfolio Management
  • Machine Learning driven personalization for life events, investment ideas, service alerts and attrition risk assessment
  • Cognitive Assistant Pilot (CAP) to guide Financial Advisors and Customer Support Associates in Salesforce
  • Comprehensive portal to find a Financial Advisor by name, location, gender and International Wealth FAs and teams
  • Smart App enabling a prospective client to start a bank relationship, find an Advisor, conduct discovery for goal-based planning, and schedule appointments
  • Social App for Financial Advisors to create and manage social profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn) and approver reviews
  • Intuitive Advisor Dashboard providing full view of advisory book and action items
  • Reimage Operations Users Experience to create an Intelligent Ops dashboard with KPIs, real-time notifications, SLAs and direct access to ops systems
Responsibilities
  • Set product strategy and influence adoption with user experience at the center of decision making
  • Functional analysis / subject matter expert for journeys in Wealth and Trust (e.g., Prospecting, Financial Planning, Portfolio Management, Servicing, Onboarding, Advisor Dashboard)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, design and sales to ensure smooth product activities
  • Work with technical teams to ensure user needs are met and issues are resolved
  • Manage product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical initiatives for both vended and custom solutions
  • Define market requirements based on market research from client interactions and user insights
  • Lead or contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting or advisory/technology/operational change in Wealth Management & Trust
  • Proven ability to define, mobilize and deliver complex change programs in Asset/Wealth Management
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with ability to build relationships at senior management and CXO levels
  • Experience collaborating with IT and business teams
  • Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (no immigration sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
  • Strong knowledge of North American wealth management industry and business models
  • Ability to interface with Financial Advisors, operations, technology and practice leaders to deliver innovative, standardized solutions
  • Understanding of Advisory Solutions Firm/Advisory/Client Discretionary, SMA, UMA, estate planning, trust services, etc.
  • Experience with industry-leading managed account platforms
  • UX/UI program experience in Wealth/Asset Management to improve client/advisor experience
  • Willingness to work in a cross-cultural team across multiple time zones
