The head of North America insurance claims strategy is an executive responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the commercial lines claims organization. This role leads transformational initiatives to optimize claim-handling operations, elevate customer experience, and enhance financial performance, including by not limited to leading Everest's claim strategy and transformation to combat legal system abuse and contain social inflation.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $215,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications, and work location.
