About the Role

The Company is looking for a passionate and strategic Executive Director to spearhead its Corporate Product Team within the Special Credits Group. In this pivotal role, you will manage a portfolio of substandard or lower-rated corporate and LBO transactions, guiding a dedicated team of 8-10 professionals while driving impactful strategic initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Identifying early signs of credit deterioration.
• Recommending effective exposure management strategies.
• Securing optimal loan structures and documentation to minimize potential losses.
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Cultivating a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

To excel in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with robust analytical and problem-solving skills, offering at least 15 years of experience in leveraged or corporate finance portfolio management. A deep understanding of credit analysis, legal documentation, and regulatory frameworks is crucial, along with a proven track record in team management and mentorship.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-motivation, resilience, and exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills. A Master's degree in a related field is required, with formal credit training being an advantage. We seek a professional adept at navigating ambiguity and complex organizational dynamics, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
