About the Role

We invite a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Platform Specialist to join our team and lead the charge in capital raising and client engagement for our Asia Pacific real estate strategies. This influential role entails strategizing, developing, and executing innovative capital raising campaigns, while enhancing our relationships with investors and consultants.

The successful candidate will bring at least 10 years of robust experience and a demonstrated ability in raising capital for real estate investment initiatives. You should be a recognized figure within the institutional investor community, equipped with well-established connections across a diverse array of investors and consultants.

Essential qualifications include a deep understanding of real estate market trends and capital flows, paired with the capacity to navigate various cultures and geographies with ease. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying global capital sources and raising funds for our real estate portfolios.
• Acting as a liaison for product development efforts to ensure alignment with market needs.
• Embracing a collaborative team approach and offering thought leadership through a proactive, client-centered perspective on product development.
• Exhibiting creativity and motivation in sourcing and structuring capital.
• Delivering compelling presentations and communications to stakeholders.

This position is based in Hong Kong or Singapore and includes minimal travel (less than 10%) to support our business development initiatives.
