We re seeking a passionate, detail-oriented leader to join our team as Culinary Director & Catering Manager. This role blends creative menu development with hands-on leadership across kitchen operations and catering. You ll work closely with ownership to craft memorable dining experiences from our main menu and daily specials to wine dinners and custom catering events.
Key ResponsibilitiesMenu Development & Implementation
Design and execute menus for daily service, weekly specials, and wine dinners.
Partner with ownership to create and price catering menus tailored to each event.
Catering Coordination
Respond to catering inquiries and guide clients through menu planning.
Ensure smooth execution of catered events with a focus on quality, presentation, and guest experience.
Food Safety & Compliance
Maintain strong knowledge of ServSafe standards and health code regulations.
Promote safe food handling practices and allergen awareness throughout the kitchen.
Leadership & Team Culture
Foster a positive, team-oriented kitchen built on collaboration, accountability, and respect.
Lead by example uplift and develop team members, even in high-paced conditions.

3+ years in a culinary leadership role (Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Culinary Manager)
Demonstrated catering experience, including client inquiries, proposals, menu development and costing, logistics planning, and event execution
Proven experience designing menus, specials, and event offerings
Knowledge of food trends, allergens, and dietary accommodations
ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
