You'll be responsible for moving and parking vehicles, maintaining a clean and organized lot, and supporting the service team with various tasks to ensure a great experience for our customers. *Responsibilities* * Safely move and park vehicles in designated areas.* Keep the dealership lot, service bays, and customer areas clean and organized.* Perform basic vehicle checks (e.g., tire pressure, fluid levels).* Assist with vehicle deliveries and ensure vehicles are clean and ready.* Retrieve and transport vehicles for customers and service staff.* Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed.* Provide courteous and prompt service to customers.* Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and health regulations.* Report any vehicle damage or operational issues to management.* Perform other duties as assigned. *Required Competencies* * Teamwork & Collaboration* Customer Focus* Strong Communication Skills* Process & Planning Orientation* Attention to Detail *Position Requirements* * * Previous porter or automotive experience preferred, but not required.* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.* Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic.* Good interpersonal and communication skills. *Physical Requirements* * Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.* Capable of performing manual tasks and fine motor hand movements.* Comfortable working in automotive shops and outdoor environments.* Able to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. *Drug Policy* All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.The starting compensation is expected to be: $15.00 HourlyWe offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
